Ask somebody who manages users on the panel to set a new password for you. They can do it from the Users page, and you choose your own the next time you sign in.
This panel is not set up to send email, so it cannot send you a link to reset your password yourself.
Nobody on the panel can reset the super admin's password. If you are the super admin, contact your support provider.
